We begin by understanding the child as an individual by reviewing their academic background, current grade level, learning strengths, interests, language ability, extracurricular activities, educational needs, and future goals. Pathways Advisory
SWe assess the family’s circumstances and the child’s K–12 education plans to identify appropriate immigration pathways for the child’s education in Canada. We consider the child’s study arrangements, parents’ or custodian’s circumstances, and applicable requirements, while coordinating with authorized Canadian immigration professionals where regulated immigration advice or representation is required.
Exploratory Visit
We help families experience shortlisted schools and communities in Canada before making their final decision, while also exploring housing, daily life, employment opportunities for parents, and potential business opportunities. This provides families with a practical understanding of the environment and helps them make informed decisions about their child’s education and the family’s long-term plans & opportunities in Canada.
Educational Goal Matching
We translate the child’s educational profile, interests, abilities, and future aspirations into clear and achievable education objectives, identifying Canadian education options that align with those goals. This helps families choose an appropriate curriculum, school environment, programs, and learning opportunities that support the child’s academic growth, personal development, and long-term educational direction.
Curriculum Advisory
We assess the child’s academic profile, learning needs, interests, and future goals to identify the most suitable Canadian or international curriculum, including Provincial, IB, Cambridge/A-Levels, American, and specialized programs, aligned with their academic plans, future opportunities, and personal development while considering their learning style, academic strengths, preferred study environment, & long-term educational aspirations.
K-12 School Admission
Following the exploratory visit and the family’s decision to proceed, we support the K–12 school admission process for the selected school. This includes confirming admission requirements, preparing academic and supporting documents, completing applications, coordinating with the school, supporting interviews where required, and reviewing the admission offer to ensure a smooth transition toward enrollment.
Financial Assessment
We assess the financial readiness of the parents or custodian to support the child’s K–12 education in Canada, considering tuition, accommodation, living expenses, transportation, insurance, custodianship, and other education-related costs. This helps families develop a realistic, sustainable, and well-planned financial strategy to support the child’s education, care, and overall well-being throughout their studies in Canada.
K-12 School Advisory
We evaluate the child’s academic profile, educational goals, preferred learning environment, and family requirements to identify and compare suitable K–12 schools in Canada, considering school type, curriculum, location, tuition, student support, facilities, extracurricular opportunities, and overall fit. Our goal is to help families select a school where the child can learn, develop, grow, confidently and successfully thrive.
Immigration Application
Once the child’s school admission and family education plan are confirmed, we support the family in preparing for the appropriate immigration application connected to the child’s K–12 education in Canada. We assist with document coordination, application preparation, and submission processes, while regulated immigration representation are provided by authorized Canadian immigration professionals where required.
