Mrs. Shanta Sharma is the CEO and K–12 Education Advisor at Kandyy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Mobile, Alabama, and a Master of Science in International Management from the University of the West of England.
With international academic and professional exposure, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to K–12 education advisory, combining management knowledge, practical experience, and a strong understanding of working across different cultural and institutional environments.
Her approach is centered on the belief that every child requires an education pathway suited to their individual abilities, interests, learning needs, and future aspirations. Rather than simply recommending schools, she focuses on understanding the child first and then helping families evaluate curriculum, school environment, community, financial considerations, custodianship, and broader family circumstances.
As CEO and K–12 Education Advisor, Mrs. Sharma leads Kandyy’s child-centered, research-driven advisory approach, supporting families from initial education assessment and curriculum planning through school and community selection, exploratory visits, admission, custodianship, and education-related pathway planning.
Her vision is to build Kandyy as a trusted bridge between Nepali families and K–12 education opportunities in Canada, helping parents make informed decisions and enabling children to find the right environment to learn, grow, develop, and thrive.
